There are times in our life, when we just feel deflated, like we've lost our 'spark' . Often because we've given so much of ourselves up until now, but perhaps we've neglected our own wellbeing? I am a Psycho Therapeutic Coach & Counsellor, meaning that as well as using Traditionally known Counselling & Coaching techniques, I also incorporate Therapeutic techniques too, I have found this to be Amazingly Effective & Very Empowering. I am a Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapists Society, the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapists as well as the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
Perhaps you' too have fallen in love with Holistic practices, it could be Essential Oils, Crystals, Tapping therapy, and you love the effects of a treatment but this doesn't always deal with the deeper issues. By combining the two, I am able to do this. I am here to help.
I have gone from having no self-confidence & very little self-belief to knowing I was destined for more, turning my personal experience into studying and eventually having my own business helping others to feel Empowered & Fulfilled. I have won a National Woman in Business Award for my work, and have even been featured in a 100 Women of Inspiration publication for International Women's Day 2022.
